Orders mean a request placed by you to purchase Goods from us.

You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.
All donations made to JaiRam Sewa Trust are voluntary contributions towards charitable and social welfare activities and are generally non-refundable.
However, if you believe that a donation has been made mistakenly or multiple times due to a technical issue, you may contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time.
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways including Razorpay and other authorized payment providers.
We do not store your debit card, credit card, banking, or UPI information on our servers.
If you have purchased any physical goods from our website, you may request cancellation within 7 days of receiving the product.
To initiate a cancellation request, please contact us through email.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be purchased within the last 7 days
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized or personalized items
Perishable goods
Items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
Items damaged after delivery or mixed with other products
JaiRam Sewa Trust reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.
